A life free from an unhealthy lifestyle. Your Free Life Program will show you how your food, beverages and habits cause or contributes to some of your problems. And how healthy nutrition and habits can make them disappear or be reduced.
A life free from gaslighting yourself, having low self-confidence, self-esteem or feeling unattractive. You will learn about the root causes of your problems and how to solve them. By following your customised Free Life Program you will increase your energy and clear your mind. Once you do, you will see how great you are. And so will others.

We will help you understand “who you are” and what might have caused some of your existing problems. We will then guide you to short-term solutions and follow you until you effortlessly live a free, healthy and happy life..

How it works
1. You register your information
To personalise your Free Life Program, we need to fully understand “who you are” and your health, life and relationship problems. Your information is collected via the questionnaires you are guided through. Answering them normally takes 20 – 30 minutes.


2. We analyse and create your customised program
- Your information is analysed in our system and our advanced algorithms creates your Free Life Program.
- All recommendations are quality-assured by members of our internal team or external health professionals.
